Location

Nissarana Vanaye is of the Galduva tradition and is considered “the” meditation monastery in forest tradition history. Even today it functions well. At this point, three foreign monks live there, one of them German (Ven. Dhammaramita).

Teacher and Tradition

Ven. Dhammajiva Bhikkhu was trained by Sayadaw U Pandita to be teacher. Vipassana meditation in the Mahasi tradition.
